We're here for it. 👏 I used to weigh 40 pounds more than I do now (with NO muscle). 😮 Struggled with overeating. 🍕 😩 Lack of self-control around food. Feeling like I could "eat good" for a few days, then would just say screw it... Then feel bad about myself... until I would start again (usually on a Monday) 📆 😔 Then the cycle would continue. It sucked... 💪🏼 Your first step to looking and feeling good.

I’ve lost over 100 lbs and changed my life after giving up alcohol which I’m really proud of. Over the last 6 months, I’ve put about 20 lbs back on. Instead of ignoring it, I’m choosing to be honest about where I am so I can shift it with intention. My goal is to lose 30 lbs and feel strong, toned, and confident in my body again. I’ve noticed that when I feel disconnected from my purpose/fulfillment, I tend to use food as a crutch. I know how good I feel when I’m nourishing my body, but sometimes I still fall into self-sabotage and break my word to myself and I’m ready to clean that up. More than weight loss, I want to embody habits that my kids can learn from. I believe those lessons are caught, not taught, and that is really important to me because it wasn’t modeled for me growing up. I’m consistent with movement (walking, cardio, some weights), and I’m ready to level that up with more intentional strength training and tighter consistency with nutrition. I’d love support around: Interrupting the sabotage cycle Staying consistent with food (planning, prepping, follow through) Building muscle in a sustainable way that’s not the super masculine “hustle & grind” ignoring the fact that I’m a cyclical being (while also not using that as an excuse to slack off on my goals). I’m also here to enjoy the process and support others. I’m a natural encourager and love being part of accountability and watching people achieve and celebrate their goals! Excited to grow with you all!

I did a full fridge tour....
And shared the 7 foods Erin & I always have in our fridge. One of them most women avoid because of bad advice. Another one you're probably buying the WRONG version of without even knowing it (check your ingredient list... you might be shocked). In this video and broke down exactly why each one made the cut. After you watch: 👉 comment in the video comments which of these food you already have and what did you learn I wanna know 👀

This was a great reminder — I loved ‘there are no nutrition labels because what you see is what you get’. I need to increase my protein & veggie intake!
