The Rich Focus on Buying Back Time. Here's How To Do It.
To build true wealth, buying back your personal time must take priority over purchasing temporary status symbols or luxury goods. Historical figures like steel magnate Andrew Carnegie understood this principle deeply, building an empire not by mastering every task himself, but by hiring talented leaders like Bill Jones to run operations so Carnegie could focus on high-level growth. Managing time effectively requires understanding the monetary value of an hour, calculating target business revenue against working hours, and systematically using the formula to eliminate, automate, and delegate lower-value activities. Rather than taking on costly full-time staff immediately, delegating just one hour a day to a skilled freelancer can instantly yield double the hours back, allowing business owners to eliminate tedious chores like inbox management, invoice chasing, and video editing. Keep Going, Even When Nobody Is Watching
135 views. That's my 100th video ever, posted in 2011. Almost 15 years old. 135 views, 5 likes, nobody commented. I remember feeling I was 100 videos in and shouldn't this be "working" by now????? Then I made another one. And another one. I'm at 8,493 now and the ones that blew up came way, way later than I wanted them to. If you're going through something similar right now then just remember that people do need you... And that 135 people watched your video so maybe for 1 person it actually changed their life. Keep going. Great things are coming. Sending lots of love! Evan #Believe

The hardest part of consistency isn't the work, it's having the grit to hit "publish" on video 101 when video 100 got zero traction.
You have to start a business tomorrow.
If you have to start a business tomorrow. No overthinking. No months of planning. You wake up tomorrow and have to launch something. What are you selling?

Service businesses are the only way to launch tomorrow because you already own the inventory: your skills.
Your purpose doesn’t have to be complicated.
You don’t need to have every detail of your future figured out. Start by asking yourself a simple question: What do I want to contribute to the world? When you know what matters to you, your decisions become clearer. This Monday, focus less on finding the perfect path and more on finding the work that feels meaningful to you. What’s something you want to contribute to others this week?

Purpose isn't a complex destination; it's simply choosing to focus on what feels meaningful today.
Gaur Gopal Das's Top 10 Rules for Success
Gaur Gopal Das teaches that changing your life begins with changing your internal conversations. Many times, people deal with difficult family members, friends, or coworkers who act like children in big bodies. While you cannot control how other people behave or what happens outside of you, you can control your thoughts inside your head. By practicing peaceful self-talk during small daily challenges, you build the mental strength needed to stay calm during major life problems. True peace of mind comes when you choose to put down heavy emotional stones like anger, insecurity, grudges, and negativity.
