Bravo! Well-written, JP. Here are some of the highlights for me: ~Thermaculture works because it speaks the native language of your nervous system. ~A doorway into states of wellbeing that are already available inside you. (So empowering) ~When your cup is full, it begins to spill into hospitality, generosity, gratitude, and service. 😍 ~The negative space in a day — the pauses where transformation sneaks in. It helps you move slowly into rooms of yourself that feel like home. (It's all so poetic, man!) ~I would've appreciated page numbers (like, 7/10), to have an idea of how much there is left to read. I'm reading this in the sauna! Jake fired it up earlier today, while I was out in the 🥶. When I came home, it was still 100°, so I just hopped in fully clothed!

Hearth in Traverse City
Sat on the bench at Hearth in TC a couple days ago! Good heat, cool people, and was my first time using one a them fancy-schmancy cold plunges. There’s another sauna right on the bay that I want to check out next time I’m there, too.

We were just in Traverse City last weekend, for a wedding! Now we're back in Minneapolis, packing to move to Ann Arbor in a few days...

New Steam Standard?
Just caught this video from a recent Sauna Day customer showing the steam room and saunas at @Roshelle Ritzenthaler’s new Madison hot spot. So many things to discuss here but the Hammam style steam room really jumped out at me… anyone seen anything like this before in North America? The Ancient Irish Roots of the Sauna Movement?
