Hello everyone, My name is Catharine Ferrero. I am the mother of two boys: Jonas, who is 7 years old, and Samuel, who is 18 months old. I am currently separated from my husband and I live with my mother in Switzerland. I am of Swiss-Brazilian origin. I have always believed in God for as long as I can remember. I was raised in the Catholic religion, but from a young age I felt more at home in an evangelical church that was near where I lived. I spent a lot of time there. Since childhood, I have always been sensitive to the spiritual world, without really understanding what was happening. As I grew older, because of family difficulties, I moved away from God. I still believed in Him, but my life did not reflect that faith. I fell into sin and into addictions, including alcohol and drugs. Little by little, the Lord brought me back to Him. I gave my life to Jesus Christ as an adult, before becoming a mother. My journey has been marked by many trials. Without going into all the details for now, I can say that today I am going through a period of rebuilding with God. It is a season that feels a bit like a desert, where I also see the consequences of the wrong choices I made in the past. Reaping what we have sown is not always easy to live with or accept, but I am striving to fight the good fight with the help of the Lord. So this is a brief presentation of my journey. I look forward to being able to exchange with all of you and to see what God has prepared for each of us. I pray that the Lord will continue the work He has started in us, that our fellowship may grow day by day, and that we may walk more and more in His will. May God enlighten us, may His peace surround us, and may we move forward together in unity, growing in His presence and in the plans He has for us. I pray that the Lord bless each one of you, bless this platform, and bless our families. May we continue to be lights for our neighbors and for the world around us. I wish you all a blessed day.
