Wild Vetiver by Creed
Brand New The fragrance is green, just like the bottle. A citrusy opening gives way after 20 minutes to a bouquet of spring flowers with a hint of rose. The experience is enhanced by a delicate vetiver… and not, as the name might suggest, by something wild. After a good four hours, sweet woods come to the fore. This sensation lingers until the end of a long day. The sillage is good, but not overpowering…which isn’t necessary anyway for a rather fresh spring fragrance.

Evening gentlemen. Cardamom, Pink Pepper and Vanilla catch my nose. Good date scent. Have a good night guys. Top notes: Cardamom and Bergamot.Middle notes: Incense, Pink Pepper and Geranium.Base notes: Amber, Vanilla and Patchouli.

Agrias Vetiveris II by Nebiru Parfums
Want to know what a bog in a dark forest smells like? Then this ultra-niche fragrance is worth experiencing. Three varieties of vetiver form the basis of this experience... which definitely won't be to everyone's taste. What's more, the fragrance has a powerful performance and lasts for 15 hours.

@Lon Chaneyfield yes..it is 15 hours of projection…this is the deepest vetiver i‘ve ever smelled. This brand stands for long-lasting, strong fragrances with exquisite ingredients. The raw materials are usually very limited.

@Thomas Chavez ok…with this fragrance, it is better that you work alone…in a really big warehouse. My wife forbids me to wear this fragrance when she is around. It is in moments like these that you realize that vetiver can smell not only fresh, but also extremely earthy... and not everyone likes that... 😁

Your favorite perfumers and their 3 highlights…
Time and again, after buying perfume, I am amazed to discover that the same perfumers are often behind the fragrances I like. For example, last weekend I bought “Remember Me” by Jovoy...and once again, it was her who created the fragrance. Cecile Zarokian. My three favorite fragrances by her...at least among those I own, are: 1. Outlands - Amouage 2. Ani X - Nishane 3. Oud Zarian - Creed Do you also have perfumers that you particularly like? And what are their three “bangers”?

In my opinion, Herod was one of the best (most popular) niche fragrances on the market until 2021. Due to various reformulations, the fragrance has lost some of its appeal. Nevertheless, I still consider it superior to Haltane, which, due to its internal corporate relationship, is “only” an “Oud for Greatness” in a different bottle. The depth and darkness of Herod, on the other hand, is still quite unique. But we are generally talking about two very good fragrances here.
