Let’s normalize the struggle for a minute.
What’s something you wish people talked about more when it comes to faith + parenting? The doubts. The exhaustion. The guilt. The moments you feel like you’re failing God and your kids at the same time. Nothing is off-limits here. . Drop it below 👇🏽

Practical tips on how to steer your kids away from the worldly things when that’s all they’ve known.

@Ashley Lunnon No, I haven’t tried anything specific yet. I do share some of my experiences with them, and when they ask me questions or tell me something about Jesus they saw on TikTok or something one of their friends told them, I tell them truth, God’s truth. I did make a prayer board a couple of weeks ago for myself, because satan has attacked my prayer life recently, and that was just my way of being more intentional and letting satan ugly self know he ain’t stopping NOTHING! Surprisingly, my kids liked it a lot and even said they wanted one for their rooms too, so that is the plan! They also mentioned that they didn’t want me to be nosy (like I always am, according to them🤣) and read their prayers. I had to assure them that I would never do that, because God wouldn’t be pleased if I did. I did tell them that I will still be nosy and all up in their business and all up in them phones like I do though lol, but I think me telling them that I wouldn’t read their prayers eased their minds and gives them courage to actually write their prayers down and begin their own conversations with Jesus. So I’m SUPER EXCITED for that! We have a group chat too, and the Holy Spirit just gave me an idea this morning. Instead of us just sending funny stuff and randomness in our group chat, start sending them a Bible verse once a week, and have them find it in their Bibles, read it and highlight it, and then text back in the group chat about what they think it means. I bought them Bibles about a year ago, and they ain’t been reading not a word.😭 My fault though, so I don’t blame them at all. I remember having to show them how to look up a verse when I first bought them, so I know it’s my duty to help them read and study it. My desire and prayer is to eventually have full on Bible study together in the living room!🙌🏾❤️🙏🏾

More prayer + connection? Or something else!? Don’t hold back. We’re not guessing we’re building this together. Drop your answer below 👇🏽

@Adrian Campbell You’re so welcome! And definitely dive into Acts! He literally just led me there as well a few weeks ago! He is STRONGLY speaking everything in Acts right now in this season to us! I believe He is equipping and preparing us to get ready to GO—to complete our assignments, to gather the harvest, spread the Gospel, and bring all of those lost souls to Him! So yes sister, that nudge you feel to dive into Acts, that is definitely Him!❤️❤️❤️

🧡 COMMUNITY FEEDBACK — HERE’S WHAT YOU TOLD ME
First, thank you for being honest and open. I asked what you need in this season, and here’s what I’m hearing loud and clear: 🔹 Deeper Teaching → You want Bible teaching that actually makes sense, not surface-level inspiration. 🔹 Real-Life Parenting Help → Not theory. Real scenarios. Real struggles. Real solutions for today’s kids. 🔹 Accountability → Someone to help you stay consistent, not disappear, and keep growing. 🔹 Where to Start With God → How to read the Bible, pray, build a relationship with God without feeling “wrong”. 🔹 Connection With Like-Minded Believers → Genuine, Christ-minded relationships not walking this journey alone. 🔹 Shared Testimonies & Stories → Learning from real people who’ve walked through it and come out stronger. 🔹 Spiritual Warfare & Prayer → Covering our homes, children, and minds with intentional, powerful prayer. 🧡 HERE’S THE PART I WANT YOU TO KNOW This feedback isn’t being filed away it’s shaping what’s being built right now. Classes, conversations, structure, and support are already aligning with exactly what you asked for. Thank you for trusting this space with your needs. Something is happening here. And you’re part of it. 🧡 Stay close. Stay engaged. We’re building this together.

@Sasha Simon Amen! And yessss to the waiting! Sometimes we don’t realize how the waiting is a gift in and of itself! The patience He’s building—and has built—in us has allowed us to see so many things He kept us from, and it has given us excitement and hope for the things He has coming! Hallelujah!!! He is definitely GOOD GOOD GOOD!!!❤️

Prayer request
Hi family, With a heavy heart, I ask that you keep my family in prayer. My husband’s aunt passed away after two weeks of us learning about her battle with cancer. I prayed that God would heal her and use this moment for His glory with expectations that a miracle would happen. When I found out that she passed I was sad, and lowkey confused and somewhat disappointed. I trusted the word that said by His stripes we are healed, ask and you shall receive, and had faith that God would do a miracle. Then I remembered how David prayed that God would take away the afflictions of his son, but God did not. Not because He is an unjust God, but because He is a good God whose plans are greater than ours. I took this as the Holy Spirit informing me that there was something much greater that God wanted to use her passing for. Her children and grandchildren do not currently follow the doctrine. Perhaps God’s plan is to bring them closer to Him. Please keep them in prayer. My prayer is that God uses this as a way to get them to surrender their lives to him and to lean on Him and not their own understanding. And in all we do, give Him the glory♥️ thank you family❤️
