Yes like how Elgin said, you’ll see it every time. I imagine once you get the property’s rent roll/T12 you’ll be able to confirm your assumptions in the due diligence process and move forward if everything checks out.

Hey everyone general question. Do you have to pay insurance and taxes for the year upfront or does this also vary by state? Just calculating closing costs.
