I Am Announcing My Retirement
I just wanted to let you all know I have decided to retire from Marty's Garden and the online world of gardening. I want to thank everyone for their support over the years. Everyone has been awesome and it's been an amazing journey of over 15 years I will close this account in a couple of days. I recommend that you reach out to any new friends and get their details so you can keep contact with them. Sending lots of love to you all. Marty & Sherly

Water
After my conversation with @Steve Thomas I thought it Was a good conversation point. to see how everyone is dealing with water supply to growing there garden during the rising summer temperatures. From town water irrigation to dam , bore or ground water harvesting. Everyone please let us all know how you’re watering your plants. 🌱 I’ve attached a short video of my watering harvesting in action from my last decent rain as it enters the swale system. Please show me what you have in place. 🤷‍♂️

@Alisha Hobart Thanks I will look out for that. I'm up the road In Warragul - moved from Narre earlier this year and had a bee filled garden

@Leon Raucci Thanks. I will check that out. I am letting some onions and parsley go to seed in the hope that it attracts some bees otherwise I will have to start self pollinating the veges
Little Napoli Dwarf 🍅 Tomato
My little Napoli Dwarf Tomato has a fair set of fruits. Also some flowers, so should produce a good little harvest. I think it will be worth collecting the seeds from this. That's if it pumps out enough fruit. As it only grows to 50cm I guess I can't expect to much more.

Has anyone heard of a tomato variety called Pappa? It was in the bunnings sick and sorry box (the plants about to die but if we can get $2 for they will sell them) along with that Chilli @Kayleen West. I purchased both and they both seem to be doing quite well

@Kayleen West It said it was a mild chilli - did you eat the Chilli green - I think that they go yellow but I wonder if that makes the heat more intense🤣
