Hey! Looking to repair on my own some rust along wheel wells, new to automotive painting but open to any suggestions of process to follow metal is still thick, I feel if I lightly grind it down will be fine, it’s just to build it up for paint. Use a bond or primer to build out the area to match surface of current paint ?
