UPDATE
New feature pushed to production today! - Estimates now live! Creation and sending. Everyone test this out and let me know if you want examples or have questions! And as always, report a bug here if you come across one!

It’s built to first search customers, if none found, it will then search leads! But helping it is always encouraged. “Create an estimate for Lead John Doe”
Thank you!
Thank you Casey for your invitation

I’m building the ability to send estimates! This is on staging at the moment, but when you say “Create an estimate for Casey Christianson titled all services line item 1 is exterior window washing for $199 line item 2 is interior window washing for $119 line item 3 is basic tracks and sill for $99” -You get one confirmation as usual. Do you guys like the idea of Xecute finalizing the estimate and saving it to drafts (with links) with this follow up question ? “Do you want me to send it over to the customer?” - this just requires a 3rd message to be sent to Xecute for it send it over OR If confirmation message looks good and you say yes, we just go ahead and send the estimate immediately ?

@Hank C I see, good question. so you’re saying. -Create an estimate for John Doe. -Looks good saved as drafts. Then Later. Like A day, 2 days or anytime later, send a text saying…. “I need to send john does estimate out” I could certainly do that. You’d need to search the estimate first to identify it. Then confirm to send it out I suppose you could. You’d need to identify it first. It would have to be “send estimate (title or id)”

@Terron Morman requested that Xecute pulls data from accounts such as old estimates, invoices, or work orders. It’s a great idea, this feature isn’t built yet. It’s potentially ALOT of data (a very long text message) depending on customer. Would you guys want to see 3 most recent estimates per customer with hyperlinks only (for you to click and then brings it to your app) it would look something like this Request: “Get me the latest estimates for (customer name)” (Confirmation message) If yes, Response: (Customer name and details) “Estimate title” : link “Estimate title”: link “Estimate title”: link OR Do you want to ask for a specific estimate and Xecute summarizes it for you (BUT YOU MUST KNOW THE TITLE OR ID NUMBER) Request: Can you get me estimate (enter title or ID) for (customer name) (Confirmation message) If yes, Response: (Customer name and details) Estimate title Line item 1: (with total price) Line item 2: (with total price) Etc. Personal opinion: 🙋🏼‍♂️ Option 1 is more streamlined because if you get the title or id wrong you’d have to start over. What do y’all think?
