We are deep in it now. Mercury is retrograde in Cancer and the invitation hasn’t changed — slow down, go inward, feel what you’ve been moving past too quickly. Old conversations are surfacing. Old feelings are finding their way back. That’s not a malfunction. That’s the work this retrograde came to do. This week Neptune also stations retrograde — and when Neptune slows, the veil between the seen and unseen world gets thin. Your intuition sharpens. Your dreams get louder. The things you sense before you can explain them become harder to dismiss. Pay attention to what arrives this week in the in-between spaces — the moment before sleep, the quiet after a conversation, the feeling in your body before your mind has caught up. And then Sunday brings one of the most significant moments of this entire retrograde. The Mercury Cazimi at 20°42’ Cancer — Mercury sitting at the exact heart of the Sun, illuminated and renewed. In the middle of a retrograde that has been asking you to feel your way through the fog, Sunday offers a moment of crystalline emotional clarity. A knowing that has been forming quietly all week finally arrives in full. This is not a thinking kind of clarity. This is a felt clarity. The kind that lands in your chest before it reaches your mind. The whole week is building toward that Sunday moment. Let it build. Your somatic invitation this week: Each morning this week, before you reach for your phone — place one hand on your heart. Take one breath. And ask: what am I carrying today that isn’t mine? Mercury retrograde in Cancer has a way of mixing our feelings with other people’s feelings. The practice this week is learning to feel what’s actually yours.

Today is a lot. The Capricorn Full Moon illuminates themes connected to responsibility, long-term goals, emotional pressure, and personal stability. It is asking you to look honestly at what you’ve been building — and whether you’re actually proud of it. Capricorn doesn’t let you avoid the truth. It just holds it up until you’re ready to see it. At the same moment, Mercury stations retrograde at 26° Cancer — and the emotional atmosphere slows almost immediately. Old conversations may resurface. Feelings you thought you’d moved past will find their way back. This is not a malfunction. This is the sky creating the conditions for you to actually feel what you’ve been moving through too quickly. And underneath all of that — Jupiter enters Leo tonight, beginning a new twelve-year cycle in the sign of radiance, authentic self-expression, and the courage to be seen. Three things. One day. That’s today. The rest of the week carries its own arc. Sun square Saturn builds all week — a pressure that asks whether you can honor your roots while also becoming your own person. Not comfortable. But necessary. And then Saturday: Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini. This is electric, liberating energy — the kind that breaks what was never meant to hold you. Breakthroughs happen when people finally find the courage to break free. This is not a fast-moving week. It is a deeply reflective one. The invitation is not to push forward. It’s to be honest about where you actually are. Your somatic invitation this week: Today, before you do anything else — place your feet on the floor. Take one slow breath. And ask your body: what is complete? Not what should be complete. What actually is. Let that be enough for today.

This week begins in the soft, watery energy of Cancer season — and ends with a Monday that will change the tone of the entire summer. But first, the week itself. Thursday brings two energies at once: Venus trine Saturn and Sun square Neptune. Hold both of those. Venus trine Saturn is steady and clarifying — the kind of day where you know what you value and you’re willing to build toward it slowly, without rushing. And alongside that, Sun square Neptune softens the edges of everything — making it harder to see clearly, easier to feel deeply. Thursday is a day to trust your heart over your logic. Let what’s real rise to the surface without forcing it into focus. Sunday brings Mars sextile Jupiter — and this one is worth paying attention to. Opportunities that are available right now may not stay available for long. If there’s something you’ve been waiting to move on, Sunday is the day to stop waiting. And then everything accelerates. Next Monday — June 29 — brings three major astrological events on the same day: the Full Moon in Capricorn, Mercury stationing retrograde in Cancer, and Jupiter entering Leo for the first time in twelve years. This week is the quiet before a very significant threshold. Use it to get clear. To rest. To ask yourself what you’re actually ready to commit to — because next week the sky is going to ask you to mean it. Your somatic invitation this week: On Thursday when the Sun meets Neptune — find five minutes to simply sit with whatever feeling is present. Don’t name it. Don’t fix it. Just let it exist in your body without reaching for an explanation. Sometimes the most important thing is learning to stay with what is real before we know what it means.

This is one of the most significant weeks of the year. Not just energetically — historically. On Friday, Chiron enters Taurus for the first time since 1983. Let that land for a moment. This is a transit that hasn’t happened in over forty years — and it begins a new collective healing journey through the body, safety, self-worth, nourishment, and belonging. But before we get there, this week has its own arc to move through. Wednesday brings Venus trine Neptune — one of the most quietly beautiful transits in astrology. Creative, intuitive, spiritual. A day where the heart softens and something that has felt just out of reach becomes almost visible. Let Wednesday be a day for beauty. For rest. For receiving. Then Thursday arrives with Venus opposite Pluto — and the energy shifts into something more intense. This transit illuminates where desire, love, or self-worth are asking to be reclaimed from old patterns or power dynamics. What you softened into on Wednesday may show you exactly where you’ve been giving your power away. And then Friday — Chiron crosses into Taurus. The wounded healer in the sign of the body. Of safety. Of worthiness. Of the ground beneath your feet. This begins a new chapter of healing that asks: do you believe you deserve to feel safe in your own skin? Do you trust your own body? Do you know, in your bones, that you are enough? Saturday the Sun enters Cancer at the Solstice — the great turning point of the year. We cross from the airy curiosity of Gemini into the waters of feeling, memory, home, and belonging. This week is a threshold. And you were made for exactly this kind of crossing. Your somatic invitation this week: On Friday when Chiron enters Taurus — place your bare feet on the ground if you can. Even for one minute. And ask your body: what have I been waiting for permission to need? The answer is the beginning of the healing.
