My write from today's Sacred Petitions Practice

I have a collection of Virgin Mary art and for fun I sometimes scroll eBay to see what interesting things I can find on a budget. This real 5” painted egg was listed as a Virgin Mary, but in my mind she’s most definitely Mary Magdalene- a red egg! She’s unlike any of the painted Orthodox eggs I’ve ever seen. And here’s the kicker, I found her for $5. Five fuggin dollars! I can’t find anything like this one on the internet. I’ve been too excited to even post about her while I waited for her to arrive. Just to be sure she’s as cool as I’d hoped and made it in one piece. It took ten long days for her to arrive. And guess when she was delivered- during our Unbinding call today! I better clean up my altar so she has a prominent place for the Leo eclipse tomorrow. I feel like she’s a good omen as we close out the Lions Gate portal with the eclipse tomorrow. I leave in the past all that does not serve my next aligned step and my higher good. With Mary Magdalene on my altar, in my heart, and by my side. 🌹

The Gate Opened on 8/8. Today, We Reclaim. Four days ago, the Lion’s Gate cracked something open. I know it did for me. After our 8/8 ceremony, I was exhausted, emotional, scattered, and confronted by anger and frustration I almost never allow myself to feel. Underneath all of it was one question: Who am I becoming, and what can no longer come with me? Whatever surfaced for you over the last few days, pay attention. Today brings a total solar eclipse and New Moon in Leo. In astrology, Leo speaks to the heart, creativity, courage, self-expression, and our willingness to be seen. And because this eclipse falls on the South Node side of the Leo-Aquarius axis, I’m especially interested in what we are ready to stop carrying. The old role. The smaller identity. The version of ourselves built to survive something we no longer live inside. So today, I want us to do something together. The Reclamation Declaration Take out a piece of paper. At the top, write: I RECLAIM Then name what you are taking back. Your voice. Your creativity. Your body. Your desire. Your confidence. Your time. Your authority. Your joy. Your right to be seen. Your right to create the life that is yours. Be specific. Then underneath it, write: I AM Now declare who you are because you have reclaimed it. I RECLAIM my voice. I AM a woman who speaks. I RECLAIM my creativity. I AM a creator. I RECLAIM my authority. I AM sovereign. I RECLAIM the parts of myself I made smaller for other people. I AM visible. Not someday. Not when you feel ready. Now. Decorate the page. Paint it. Write all over it. Make it yours. Then put it somewhere you will see it every day. And here is the important part: 📝Post a photo of your declaration page below.
