Support without carrying
I am learning and beginning to understand that a coach can provide a safe space, ask meaningful questions and help a client recognise possibilities. However, as a coach I cannot take the client's steps for them. Transformation does not mean rescuing. Accountability does not mean controlling. The client must remain responsible for their choices, commitments and actions. Good coaching walks beside the client without taking ownership of the client's journey. My reflection as a coach: Am I empowering this person - or carrying responsibility that belongs to them?

I love this reflection on the relationship between a coach and their client. Thanks for sharing! 🤩

PROTECT YOUR ENERGY!
A lamp gives light to everyone, but it also attracts insects. When you start growing, succeeding, or simply leading with kindness, negative people will naturally gravitate toward you. The brighter your light becomes, the more visible you are, and that light starts exposing what others were trying to keep in the dark. Your light isn't the problem. Don't dim it or let toxic energy change who you are. Keep shining bright, but set firm boundaries. Not everyone drawn to your glow deserves access to your energy. What's one boundary you've set recently to protect your energy? Drop a comment below and let's discuss!

🚨 THIS IS NOT JUST ANOTHER TRAINING…
In February 2027, we’re doing something very different. We’re taking 12 people out of the normal classroom environment and into the mountains of Magaliesburg for 6 days of learning, transformation, connection and serious inner work. 🔥 THE MASTER NLP PRACTITIONER EXPERIENCE 📍 Sima Kade, Magaliesburg 📅 17–22 February 2027 This is where you take your NLP skills to MASTER level while experiencing the work for yourself. Over the six days we’ll move through: 🧠 NLP Master Practitioner Training ⏳ Timeline Therapy Certification 🔥 Identity & subconscious reprogramming 🧘 Yoga & nervous system regulation 🥁 Drumming Circle 🎶 Sound Healing 🥾 Guided nature hike & reflection 🔥 Evening integration around the bonfire And this isn't a “training from 9–5 and go back to your hotel” kind of experience. We eat together. Learn together. Do the work together. Sit around the fire together. Accommodation, all meals, the full retreat experience and certification are included. My favourite line from the retreat says it all: “You don’t get the life you want. You get the life your identity is designed for.” There are only 12 places. (5 slots left) If you have completed your Neuro Life Coach & NLP Certification and you're ready for the next level, comment MASTER 🔥 below or DM me and I'll send you the full retreat information. February 2027 is going to be something special. ❤️🔥

@Tams Schutte I agree - it's really worth it! I found my tribe at the last retreat I attended.
THE CURSE OF DISCIPLINE
The curse of discipline is that everyday looks the same… The curse of indiscipline is that every year looks the same. Let that sink in.
