What is driving our actions...
Something hit me on our call this week that I haven't been able to stop thinking about. We talked about the paradigm — that bundle of beliefs and habits living in your subconscious mind — and how it's basically running the show behind the scenes. Here's the thing most people don't realize: You don't act based on what you *want*. You act based on what you *believe* is true about yourself and the world. That's the paradigm at work. It's the mental programming you picked up years ago — from your parents, your environment, experiences that left a mark — and it's been quietly shaping every decision, every habit, and every result in your life ever since. The frustrating part? You can set the goal. You can feel motivated. You can *know* what you need to do. But if your subconscious programming says "that's not for people like me" or "I always mess things up" or "success is hard and uncertain" — it will find a way to keep you right where you are. This is why willpower alone never works long-term. You're trying to override a deeply rooted operating system with conscious effort. It's exhausting, and eventually the subconscious always wins. The real work isn't about doing more. It's about becoming someone whose beliefs are *aligned* with the life they want to live. That shift — from fighting your programming to actually changing it — is where everything starts to move. We're going to keep going deeper on this, but I'd love to hear from you right now šŸ‘‡ What's one belief you're starting to recognize might be holding you back? Drop it in the comments — no matter how big or small. Sometimes just naming it is the first step to changing it. And if you haven't yet, READ THIS BOOK!

So I had two realizations last week about limiting beliefs from events that occurred the week before. 1- growing up my parents kinda overlooked me in many ways or at least that’s how I perceived it or felt like it happened. However as an adult my mum told me that everything always worked out for me as a child that -I always landed on my feet, so she never worried about me. So I saw her paying more attention to my siblings and assumed that if I wanted or needed love and attention I needed to be naughty or do something that raised awareness to receive attention. 2- around money - I never was told what I had earned or had in my passbook for my bank account that was created for me as a child. I never had control over it at all until I was 18years old. I felt it interpreted that money was something mythical or unseen. Now today- 1- I realize that I’ve been in a pattern or loop when it comes to changing anything about my life - I repeat needing to create a situation or ailment to give me a reason to be seen or free myself from a situation. For example : needing to amplify my injury to my thoracic region to make my hands go numb working in my position as a massage therapist so I can have that excuse to retire or go on leave to not do that job anymore. So when I declared that I no longer need to do that, my hands have not gone numb as often or as severely when I’m working. 2- I see the story around money for me repeatedly being as an adult that I can attract money but I am not embodying the vibration or being the person that also holds onto and can keep money. I have done the dance of get it and immediately spend it (in one way or another), because I still need to be the person that believes I can attract it and hold onto it. Time to shift… @Matt Poechman @Tamar Altschuler
🧠 THE REAL REASON YOU KEEP GETTING THE SAME RESULTS
Let’s get honest for a moment. If your life hasn’t changed…If your income hasn’t changed…If your relationships, stress levels, or circumstances keep repeating… šŸ‘‰ It’s not random. šŸ‘‰ It’s not bad luck. šŸ‘‰ And it’s definitely not ā€œjust the market.ā€ It’s you. Not in a blaming way…In an empowering way. āš”ļø The Law Most People Never Learn You don’t get what you want in life. šŸ‘‰ You get what you are. Your results are a direct reflection of: - The thoughts you think - The beliefs you hold - The energy you live in daily This is where most people stay stuck… They try to change their outside world Without ever changing their inner world. 🧠 Your Mind is Programming Your Reality Every thought you think sends a signal. Not just psychologically…But electrically and chemically. Your brain fires. Your body responds. And over time… šŸ‘‰ Your body becomes conditioned to your past. This is what Joe Dispenza teaches: You’re not living in the present…You’re living in a memorized version of your past. So even when you want something new… - More money - A better relationship - A different life Your body is still operating in: - Stress - Doubt - Scarcity And that energy…keeps recreating the same results. šŸ” The Loop That Keeps People Stuck Here’s what’s really happening: 1. You think the same thoughts 2. Those thoughts create the same feelings 3. Those feelings drive the same actions 4. Those actions produce the same results And then… šŸ‘‰ Those results reinforce the same beliefs. That’s the loop. And most people never break it. 🌌 Neville Had It Right Neville Goddard said: ā€œAssume the feeling of the wish fulfilled.ā€ Not wish for it. Not hope for it. šŸ‘‰ Become it. Because your outer world is simply a mirror… Reflecting back: - Your dominant thoughts - Your self-image - Your internal state If you don’t change the identity…The results won’t change. āš”ļø ENERGY DOESN’T LIE This is where it all comes together. Your thoughts create your feelings. Your feelings create your state. Your state creates your vibration.

What belief about yourself are you currently working to change?

There’s a belief that I need to figure out the details before I can make a move forward… that seems to be lingering and I can see it happening with how I am thinking/talking about and sharing the story of where I’m at today on my journey to becoming the next version of myself, leaving behind the old version who I’ve out grown. I’m in a sticky middle it feels like… @Matt Poechman @Tamar Altschuler

Hi šŸ‘‹šŸ» I’m Carolyn, living in Phoenix, AZ. Mindset work is something that I’ve been doing on and off since my late teens. Took a few years off in the middle until last year when I leaped into the deep end and back to full out immersion now after investing in myself. Together @Matt Poechman & @Tamar Altschuler are beacons of light, who truly believe in their mission and I cannot say enough good things about. Love you and excited to be here along side you in and on this new journey.
