@Tatiana Richardson it’s is definitely something to overcome, glad to hear am not alone :). Am definitely looking forward to more opportunities to show up right and center and @Roy Montero and @April Roga helped rip off that band aid. I admire how they both show up everyday and am trying to develop that mindset Inorder to be the guide on the side. Ooh what skills are needed for that.
