We met regularly not only to share our dreams and goals. But to cheer and push each other on in our ventures. Bottom line: Your environment's either pulling you back or pushing you forward. If you're early in your career, or building something from scratch, Don't just avoid negative people. Be ruthless about who's in your circle. Pick people who raise the bar. Mediocrity is contagious.
