Missing out on day 1
I've just found out that I have an appointment at the same time ad the first session... soo unfortunate and sad, so is there another date for the 3 day even?? I have to miss the Jan 20th 11am time

With old ignored injuries since a kid through to adult, best advice was to join a gym, then trail running, add in mobility & keeping safe & strong
