Follow up health checks
As we approach the end of our 42 day reset those interested in having a follow up health check I’ll be doing them as follows Monday 15/6 from 4 pm onwards. Tuesday 16/6 @ 5.00 or 5.30. Friday 19/6@10.00 or 10.30. Other options open to it. Also I strongly suggest to attend our last zoom call Sunday night to discuss moving forward with options and available discounts.

Hi Lise and all. I can’t make call tonight - off to the movies. Have taken notes of stress post and will set intentions for breath work - something I am inconsistent with! Also! Have to order more of everything!!!bowel movements are once every two to three days. Just tolerating it at the moment as I realise it’s a process of radical change.

This was Wednesday morning. I’ve had two morning walks and just spent some added time outside on the deck before the days timetable kicks in. I’ve noticed feeling sleepy around 7 and needed to get to bed earlier but not sure if I’m weary from the training that day or the early wake up hmmm not so fine tuned yet but you’re certainly in my head Lisa. This morning I just need to lie in!

Hi lise, I won’t be jumping on tonight as am not home. I followed all your recommendations. Bowel movements successful that day but nothing since. Hopefully tomorrow?? Had bolus bacteria Tuesday then x1 Thursday and x 1 this morning. I’m on 10 ml of the mineral Cl’s and 2x6ooml salt sachets. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 Am into movement tasks already 👍🏻👍🏻 have a nice evening !
