So glad I took the opportunity to participate in the Sweaty Sweater 5k/1 Mile race today! It was a family fun day in the community and it felt amazing to join the run/walk. 💗 I even got a medal for finishing! Being out in the cold while exercising, even for a good cause, pushed me outside of my comfort zone. But the reward was memorable moments I’ll cherish for a lifetime. And… the medal is nice, too! 🏅 Have you ever done something outside of your comfort zone just because or for a good cause? If so, what was your takeaway or reward?😊

Hard to believe it’s winter season, but grateful to be here with all of you this holiday season.
