What I’ve learned in this season of business is that hard work alone is not enough. I’ve spent a lot of time saying yes, serving, and showing up, but real growth requires more strategy, better systems, and clearer boundaries. One thing I’m doing differently: Focusing on opportunities that align with revenue, scale, and long-term impact. Tip: Stop treating every opportunity like it deserves a yes.
