Help with routine while doing mk-677
Hey guys, I’ve been training for about 2 years now and made some solid progress, but the last 6 months have been rough no real gains, stuck at 170-174lbs , and I’ve been forcing myself to eat because my appetite’s been low I just got MK-677 (MK-Slim) and I’m also taking some vitamin supplements. My diet is already set up for my body type and goals, but I feel like my current gym routine isn’t the best for bulking season. I train 6 days a week, but I’ve got a shoulder injury, so I have to stick to lighter/moderate weight for push exercises like chest press, shoulder press, and even bicep curls. Any tips on a better routine for bulking while protecting my shoulder would be awesome
