Hello hope everyone is doing fantastic! As I continue to create content and post more often I know at some point Im going to need to invest into some necessary equipment if I want to put out better quality content. Right now all I use is my iPhone and whatever tools insta and fb provide for editing, I spend $0 in content creation. My goal is to start producing long form content (maybe podcast) that I can then chop up into short form. What would you guys say is the bare minimum I need as far as equipment (camera, tripod etc) to go to the next level of content creation? Please also recommend user friendly editing tools/app. that’s going to save me time. @Matthew Lopez is there a content creator “STARTER KIT”?😂 Your suggestions are well received!😁🙏

What Happens Next? Once you share your challenge, here’s what you can expect: 1. Supportive Listening: The group will listen without judgment. 2. Insightful Feedback: Members may share similar experiences and how they handled them. 3. Actionable Advice: We’ll brainstorm practical steps you can take to address your challenge. Remember, sharing is the first step toward overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals. So, take a deep breath, open up, and let’s tackle these challenges together! For the past couple of months I’ve had the honor to be part of the planning team for a two day RE event in my island of Puerto Rico. It’s been an amazing experience to say the least, we had many people fly in from the states and also local investors. Friday we toured Jerry Norton’s properties in Palmas del Mar, Humacao which is the largest gated community development in the Caribbean. Here we walked through one of his flips (ARV ~700k) and a new construction luxury build with 11,000 sqft. ( valued ~ 6.5M). Being able to walk these properties and listen about the process by Jerry himself is priceless and incredibly motivational, makes us realize what’s possible if we stay focused and consistent. We also visited a boutique hotel in San Juan Patio Elba and the cool thing about this one is that the entire project was funded, renovated and being operated by 100% local up and coming investors. I was able to connect with these operators who have more projects like this lined up and definitely will invest with them on the next opportunity. Guys there’s a new wave of investors emerging and the PR market is booming!!! We plan on putting together more events like this one so if you’re interested make sure you follow me on all my social media channels. What a great turnout we had last night thanks to all of you 🫵. These meetups are great because they are the right size, I was able to talk and network with 99% of the ppl that was there. Got to listen in on some great conversations that provided me a lot of insight to different aspects of the RE business. Made some new connections as well which is the main purpose of the event. In fact (can’t believe I did this!!!) I was so engaged in conversations with everyone that I forgot to take a single picture, luckily @Matthew Lopez and @Matthew Lopez documented the event so Im sure we’ll see it in their soc med.
