Course Update ⚠️
Hey guys, I regret to inform you that I have realized that I don’t want to make a business from being a welding instructor, I want to pursue my long term goals fully by focusing on my viper swapped dodge charger and so I will not be making official welding courses and selling welding test plates BUT so that I don’t leave you completely high and dry I will post the course videos I made and give you all free access to them and I will still be available to answer any questions you guys have so please keep posting, I love being able to give you guys tips, it’s just not what I want to do for a business.

Hey grant why 25cfh? Wasn’t the rule 2 times or 3 times cup size for argon flow 👀?

@Grant Pratt Thank you for clarifying 🤩!!

Let me start saying that 0.35 filler is sooo much more forgiving to work with than 1/16 and 3/32 er308. Took this day to resolve a pending situation with a rusted dish strainer (correct me if is called differently) and bought material to rebuild it in stainless steel 304. When they say practice makes perfect is so true, made some mistakes forgetting about heat and distorsión and things were horribly out of square . Cut my welds and did it again , had a bunch of 2mm gaps as a result and figure it out. Overall happy with the result , is sturdy and rust proof. 0.35 er308l filler wire #10 jazzy furick gas lens cup 25 cfh of argon 3/32” 2% lanthanated tungsten 60 amps pedal controlled Material 1 x 1/2” rectangular tube 0.0535” thick. This community and the support of you guys + practice has allowed me to improve from when I started . Thank you @Grant Pratt for the constant support and tips ,loving tig welding and fabrication

@Grant Pratt yeah i think i had too little stickout...who knows, i do remember measuring the diameter of the jazzy 10, argon at 25 cfh and my welds were okay, but when i increased the stickout, just a little the stainless remained color neutral for a greater distance...
