Top of the Key / Wing Move Variations
11 Moves in UNDER 45 Seconds. 1 Hoop, 1 Ball, 11 Moves, UNDER 45 Seconds The Top of the Key and Wing are two of the most common places to catch the ball. You HAVE to be able to score from these spots. In this video, I show you variations, including; Shooting, Driving, Spins, Floaters, and more. The key is being able to hit an open shot. This forces your defender to step up allowing you to do the moves. The simpler, the better. If you do too much in a crowed space, you WILL turn the ball over. Quick, hard moves going north to south not east to west. Comment any questions below. Hope everyone had a Happy 4th of July! Thank you so much for 65 MEMBERS!

the journey -> the top | Reflections
Here's something i wrote for myself last night (it's night for me rn) that I would like to share with others. I was watching a couple of videos and had that dopamine rush that I just felt like I needed to write. I actually can't believe I wrote it. Sorry for all the typos i hope it is understandable. https://youtu.be/O4oP3QAb0EQ?si=fVie5HmAR8JZov8l Donte get complacent - what can i already do? What did i work on that now i’m good at? Those things i still have to keep practising or its no longer something i can do. e.g free throws - i got good at them because i practised every week. I scored one in a high pressure situation so I thought i was done- that I was good. Then, my performance dropped. I wasn’t shooting them that well and i went from one of the reliable free throw shooters on the team to one of the worst on the team. Another example - my left hand layups. I spent so long working on finishing with my left hand because i always went right that now I’m mor comfortable going left and I got down on myself for not doing better on the right. Now I realise that I can’t be mad atmyself for it if ther is a reason and in both of these cases it wss because i stopped putting the work in. i may be able to put in the work to do my weakness put i also need to uphold my strengths. https://youtu.be/K1QDYuHGa_I?si=mGueanfme3GwM3C5 - you gotta balance competence and confidence. You can’t have belief too far ahead of competency because thats just fantasy but you also cant have your competency dragged down by self doubt. He also says “there’s also a built belief” that built belief for me was yesterday. I may have missed a couple of long range shots which weren’t my normal shots but I took them and and did with confidence and it felt good. The balance of that is that the belief that I’d get all my layups in probably shouldn’t have been there because it hurt me a little. It hurt me to know that I missed that many but again, I’m not allowed to feel bad about that because I didnbt practise it. The other thing was tho that I knew my free throws were bad. So I practised the day before game day. I did and it felt good. And what happened? I shot about 50%. while that is still bad the ones that I made were the ones that I had a clear mind in. the ones that I even had an ounce of self doubt in my mind or said “that didnt feel good” in my mind were never going to go in in the first place.

No problem s9metime you play bad then u play good then u play bad then good but the difference between the last good is way good than the first, its like a plateau, and for things you dont have to feel bad about it cuz u didnt train, always dont feel bad bout them if u trained or u didnt ex: last week i was locking defense wjen suddendly i got my ankle broken and the guy dropped the 3 i felt bad bout it for 3sec and moved on and didnt maje excuse cuz feeling bad or making excuse arent gonna get me anywhere, i made the 3sec rule and it upgraded my mentality(u only have 3sec to feel bout something) @Logan Hinton
