Hello everyone! My name is Carlos and I want to help others overcome trauma and persistent anxiety just like I did. I didn't know during my youth and early adulthood why everything was so challenging. It turned out I had been living with depression, and I would self-sabotage my own attempts to improve my situation. It wasn't until my 30s that I started feeling present and in control of my life. I studied psychological trauma and started helping people individually to help them have the life they deserve. I started a YouTube Channel to help people improve their mental health with education and tools. I am sharing all the information I gathered in over a decade helping myself and others. In the channel I talk about what is trauma, how it affects our development, and ways to overcome it's symptoms to connect to your authentic self. For those that want to work actively I offer a program here in Skool I Got Through with tools and working 1 to 1 to help them in their healing journey. I want to grow my YouTube channel to reach out and help more people with their persistent anxiety and trauma challenges. I am looking forward to connect with other mission driven creators to learn and grow together 😊

After sitting around 9-12 views for weeksss, for a video to have 382 after just 3 days live is WOW to me. And I got my first booked consult call from my CTA. (Not sure how to directly attribute a booked call to which video, but not sure that's necessary..?) I'm so grateful for this (1) community, and (2) that I've stuck to this YT venture!
