The barbershop has 4 barbers and needs: - Customers to be able to book, check, modify, and cancel appointments and get answers to FAQs via WhatsApp. - A shared, well-organized calendar. - A waiting list that notifies customers when a time slot becomes available. - Random assignment of a barber when the customer doesn’t choose a specific one. - Automated appointment reminders before their visit. - Automatic confirmation and reconfirmation of appointments (e.g., a message the night before to confirm attendance). - Customer appointment history tracking for future promotions or personalized follow-ups. - Automated reports for the owner: total bookings, cancellations, no-shows, etc. - Real-time availability control in case a barber is absent or leaves early. - Time slot blocking system for holidays, vacations, or unforeseen events. - Automated promotional messages for frequent or inactive customers. ❓ Key questions I need help with: 1️⃣ How can I integrate their current WhatsApp number (the one their customers already use) with these tools without losing that number or their client base? 2️⃣ How can I set up a dynamic waiting list that automatically notifies customers when a time slot becomes available? 3️⃣ What’s the best method to randomly assign a barber when the customer doesn’t request a specific one? 4️⃣ What would be the best way to automate appointment reminders 2 hours before the appointment on WhatsApp?
