The last post I made it was about a very good deal I’ve been negotiating for almost two months and I was asking people to be prepared for it then when I was about to put in the contract I found out someone beat me to it and I never returned to the group I never opened anything related to the business until now I was really disappointed and mad at myself for whatever reason right now I’m still trying to gather myself and hit the road again

Negotiating this wicked deal right now hopefully sign the contracts today I’ll drop the address once the contract is signed looking at a 120k return for the buyer no major repairs

I need some help with this on market deal but the agent is giving me the run around I gave her a price and she’s telling me she don’t think they will accept it are they not supposed to bring all offers to the seller but my offer was through a text do I put I on a contract and send it I really need help with this one I’m on my lunch break right now but I need to know how to move forward with this one

After two weeks of steady work at my job doing 140+ hours I finally had a day off today well I woke up with a migraine gas to call in sick but I’m still putting in the work helped a friend get a piece of land in Florida that deal might close before the year ends hopefully spoke with a bunch or agents building relationships and networking tried calling some of my buyers (different states ) to just follow up with them not one of them answered got my stamp for d4d collecting dust cause I still don’t have a car yet made some offers today aswell as earlier this week all got rejected most were corporations that claim they’re firm on their price have some follow ups to do on Saturday for some sellers I spoke to today couldn’t give them an offer right away pretty much doing all that I can do with the limited time that I have just thought that I’d give an update on what I have going on idk if it’s to much or not enough to each his own but quitting ain’t an option gotta get this by any means If any one needs help I’m always down to have a conversation and do what I can do to bring someone closer to their goals feel free to dm me or comment let’s get this
