Hey Ryan. I just tested this out on one of own sites, a podcast with 94 episodes currently and it tidied things up dramatically for me. It's built on wordpress, but it was a smooth enough over and back process. :) On my own site this took two days across several sessions. I ended up with a working folder containing the audit report, a separate Search Console analysis, the plan, a profile, a brand guide, a September scorecard, eight standalone draft files (one per fix), and a built WordPress plugin. that's is a lot of moving parts for a site I know intimately. On a client site I have never seen, with several clients running at once, I can see three places it gets a little hazy: - Isolation. Where does my-business/ live per client? A full copy of the System per client, one System with client subfolders, or something you have found works better? And what stops one client's context bleeding into another's session? - Deliverable boundary. Most of what I produced was copy-paste lists for me to apply myself: 94 titles, 50 descriptions, a plugin zip. For a client, is that list the deliverable and they implement, or do you implement and hand over a report? The System is written as if the owner does the applying, which does not map cleanly onto agency work. - Time. Two days of back and forth for the first one. What does that compress to once you have done twenty? I would rather scope client work off a real number than my own inexperienced one. - Happy to be pointed at documentation if this is covered somewhere I have not read. It's a very cool tool and it was my first time using Claude Code the way you showed in one of your videos after getting it set up. I'm just trying to see how I could use this tool for prospective clients as a foot in the door type of service and go from there. Cheers.
