Comment below with your "Yet" statement: "I notice [my lead signal] when I'm triggered, and I haven't mastered my calm response yet, but I am shedding my old skin and rewiring my brain today."
We can't change what we don't notice. In the comments below, share one physical signal your body gives you when you are moving out of your "Window of Tolerance." Example: "I notice my shoulders move up toward my ears," or "I feel a flutter in my stomach." By naming it, you are already beginning to move it from your emotional reactive center to your rational problem-solving brain.
Identify one "Survival Trigger" in your daily Langley commute. Post it in the Wellness Feed and ask the community for one "Growth Perspective" to replace it.
Look at your "space" (your office, your shop, or even your school desk). 1. Is it a "Third Space" where someone feels safe? 2. What is one small change you can make to show you are an Upstream Leader? Post a photo or a description of your "Guardian Space" in the community feed to unlock Level 3 status!
