Is this Kraken version of doing a liquidity pool? …without learning it the way we are? Thank you for explaining!

I saw a promotion where they give you 3% match but when I read the details, it says it has to stay on Kraken for 18 months. Does that mean we can’t download it to the Trezor? I know it’s not safe to leave our crypto on the exchanges so is it just recommended not to do this? Attaching a picture ….thank you for explaining!!
