The Path of Least Resistance Meditation
(Available in the Meditations for Humanity Classroom) An Incantation for Alignment, Surrender, and Sacred Leadership What if creating the life you desire didn't have to be so difficult? What if your greatest contribution to the world could emerge not through struggle, force, or relentless effort, but through alignment, trust, and the natural flow of Life? The Path of Least Resistance is a guided, call-and-response incantation designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release the need to control outcomes, and step into a more harmonious relationship with yourself, your purpose, and the world around you. Through a series of powerful spoken affirmations, we will explore the sacred balance between leadership and surrender, service and receiving, action and rest. You'll be invited to release the beliefs that success requires sacrifice, that your worth is measured by productivity, or that you must carry the weight of your dreams alone. This meditation weaves together themes of empathy, autonomy, divine timing, serenity, celebration, play, abundance, love, and truth. It invites you to recognize that obstacles are not necessarily signs of failure, but may be opportunities to realign with what is genuinely yours to create. As you repeat each statement aloud, allow the words to move beyond your thinking mind and into your body. Notice what resonates, what challenges you, and what begins to soften. This practice is especially supportive if you are: - Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from trying to make things happen. - Navigating uncertainty or obstacles in your personal or professional life. - Learning to trust your intuition and divine timing. - Ready to receive more support, abundance, joy, and ease. - Seeking to lead, create, and serve without abandoning yourself. - Longing to reconnect with the deeper essence of who you are. - The path of least resistance is not about giving up, avoiding challenges, or becoming passive. It is about learning to recognize when to act, when to surrender, and when to allow Life to meet you.

Connecting with the Earth
Yesterday, a few ladies and myself spent some time in and with nature with intention. Walking in silence. Praying for the land where there had been fires and logging, walking to a beautiful pond that sat in a bowl surrounded by forest. We made a little altar of stones which we had written our prayers on, feathers, and sage at the base of a large, beautiful ponderosa pine that was well over 300 years old. We heard coyotes, encountered grouse, woodpecker, squirrels and evidence of bear. Yesterday we were lucky to have clear skies as fires rage all around us. This was our 3rd "land activation". It's a ritual we started several weeks ago, this one being our 3rd. It's nothing fancy, and nothing that we got "trained" in. We are simply leading with our hearts, acknowledging our ancestors and acknowledging the ancestors of the land. To listen to Mother Nature, reclaim our sense of belonging to place, and step into the duty of stewardship. We pray, meditate, drum, laugh, cry, and share whatever is on our hearts. Collectively I think we can see how disconnected we have become. "Civilization collapse" is happening now. But in that I truly believe there is the good news. Through collapse/destruction something new can be born. What that "new" thing is to be, is up to us to decide and act upon. So thanks to a beautiful friend who was inspired and courageous enough to reach out to me to start this movement (I can't think of a better word at the moment) is a revolutionary act. It is revolutionary because it is a choice to reconnect to place, each other, the natural living world and claim it all as sacred and worthy of belonging because it exists in the face of powers that be that want to further enslave us, separate us, and who only see the earth as a resource to be used. The way to a New Earth I believe will be through cultivating authentic, real relationships with one another, connected to the heart. I feel we must touch the longing we have been conditioned not to feel and act upon that to honor it. And through that honoring, real change, at a soul level can begin. When we change what lives on the inside, the outside world changes as a result.

I tune the energy grid and all parts connected by the grid - including us, our ancestors, the earth, and the sky clock (sun, moon, stars, and wandering stars aka planets) on every full moon.

I feel the moon recharges our spirits, like the sun recharges our bodies. More moonlight, please!
