It is OK!
We show up. We attend every call. We pour ourselves into learning, growing, building day after day because we’re committed to doing better and creating something meaningful. But sometimes, in the middle of chasing progress and focusing so hard on income or outcomes, we can lose sight of ourselves… or forget why we started in the first place. And when that happens it’s okay to pause. Stepping away isn’t quitting. It’s regrouping. It’s giving yourself the space to reset, realign, and come back with clarity, purpose, and renewed strength. Please know this you were truly missed. Your presence matters. Your voice matters. Your energy matters. We’re grateful you’re here again, and we’re excited to keep growing together stronger, clearer, and more grounded than before.

🧠 The ā€œDon’t Burn Out Before You Beginā€ Rule
You’re not here to win the day. You’re here to not quit tomorrow. That’s it. Burnout usually doesn’t come from doing too much it comes from expecting today to change everything. So let’s reset the game. āš–ļø Reframe the Goal (This Is the Key) Today’s only win: ā€œI showed up and didn’t overthink it.ā€ Not: - crushing it - feeling confident - getting results - being motivated Those are bonuses. Not requirements. If you wait to feel ready, you’ll drain yourself before you start. ā±ļø Use the ā€œEmbarrassingly Small Startā€ Set a timer for 15 minutes. Not an hour. Not ā€œuntil it’s done.ā€ 15 minutes = low mental resistance. When the timer ends: - You’re allowed to stop - You’re also allowed to keep going Burnout hates optionality. This gives you control. 🧱 Detach Effort From Outcome (Critical) The fastest way to fry your brain is tying your self-worth to results. Instead: - Effort = success - Results = data Bad outcome? Cool that’s information, not a verdict. Pros don’t avoid losses. They just don’t emotionally invest in each Say this out loud before you start: ā€œI’m not trying to be great. I’m just showing up once.ā€ It sounds stupid. It works because it lowers pressure. Pressure is what burns people out not work. šŸ” One Final Anchor If you ever feel that heavy ā€œughā€ feeling: Ask: ā€œWhat’s the smallest next action I can take without negotiating with myself?ā€ Do only that.
