I just thought of sharing this as I know some of you might be in this situation. If you are, I want you to remember that you're doing okay, you are doing well. Sending love your way! 🥰🫶 “I just can’t find the rhythm to practice…” If you’ve ever whispered that to yourself — I see you, I feel you. 💛 I know most of you here juggle work, family, kids, and life. You sit down to practice… and something always pulls you away. Or maybe when you do finally have time, you’re so mentally drained you don’t even know where to start. I get it — it’s not always about motivation. Sometimes it’s just life — full, loud, and unpredictable. I'm also like this sometimes, believe me. 🙏 But here’s what I want you to remember: Even if your practice isn’t daily, even if it’s messy, inconsistent, or “not enough,”…It still counts. That 15 minutes between dinner and bedtime? That counts. That one brow on fake skin while the laundry’s going? That counts. That moment you rewatched a mapping video and understood it better than the last time? That counts, too. ❤️ Growth doesn’t come from perfect practice. It comes from persistent practice. So don’t give up just because your rhythm doesn’t look like someone else’s. You’re writing your beat — and you’ll find your flow again. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon. Because you're still here. You're still trying. And that’s everything. 💯 You don’t need more time. You need to trust that showing up — even in small ways — will get you there. Because it will. 💫
