Hey so I’m 16 and I’ve been skating for a little over a year, I can nollie high as hell and I can switch Ollie pretty high too, and all the basic crap but my real problem right now is that I’m stuck at home cus I don’t have a car and there’s only one spot in my neighborhood to hit but it’s really sketch, yall got any ideas for some makeshift spots or drills I could do because I’m so tired of stationary tricks right now
I get this too, my neighborhood is super vanilla I have to get creative. But I remember as a kid I literally just had a curb to skate, thinking about it now I actually learnt so many fundamentals on that. Stalls in every position ! 180’s, flips off of it. So many possibilities if you get creative or bored enough lol:) good luck!
I grew up in organized sports specifically hockey, and although i loved hockey, i hated the rigid structure and schedule and how serious it could feel. Skating was my escape! I started at 12 and fell in love with it. Still continued to play hockey, but used skateboarding as my escape from all of that, I love it for that so much!
i was actually there before, but Venice Beach. i just think its iconic! I was too chicken to skate around all the people, and also King of the Road was happening when we happened to be there , which was cool! but ya! maybe its overrated but still i think its so cool!
