@Muriel Mrosik thanks yes it's a beautiful country. I was born super intuitive but as an adult it faded but now I'm high raw I'm connected an clearer then ever such a blessing to not be bogged down an out by food.

This is exactly how I eat now after months of researching, reading, watching hundreds of YouTube videos this is what feels best for me I literally eat fruit all day and then have steamed sweet potatoe (my favorite vegetable) and sometimes some lightly steamed broccoli with a bowl of lettuce and I squeeze on some lime because I don't do vinegar and I can't find a clean salt free sauce or dressing. I should look online. I would love your tomatoe sauce recipe @Julia Sana it mite be nicer then mine lol. What was it that you added to you 2nd smoothie? Was it coconut sugar?
