Your Pricing Is an Identity Decision
The amount you charge for your services actually has nothing to do with the dollar amount. It’s about the level of transformation your nervous system believes you can safely facilitate and what you are open to receive in exchange for that level. In other words, it’s about your 👉🏽 identity & the internal story it holds What we call an “offer” is really a container for depth. Lowest level of depth = information. Higher level of depth = guided implementation. Deepest level = identity transformation sustained over time. Here’s an example from my previous events. Notice how the price increases as the depth increases: $8 = access $27 = proximity $499 = 1:1 personalized insight $1,111 = 9 weeks of structured identity reconstruction $3,500 = 9 weeks of identity reconstruction + 5-day immersive retreat (embodiment) Different prices. Different containers. Different levels of change. Truth💣 Different levels that I am able to hold & receive internally. These numbers change depending on who YOU believe you are. #period Low ticket doesn’t mean low value. High ticket doesn’t mean greed. They both reflect how deeply you’re prepared to go — and how deeply you’re structured to support someone through implementation. Because you can deliver information in an hour. But deep transformation requires structure, accountability, and identity stabilization. And that’s what people are paying for. When you look at your current offer or offer stack… Are your prices aligned with the depth you can truly hold? Or aligned with the version of you that feels safer staying small?

Identity Lab Is Shifting……. AGAIN! 🤦🏽‍♀️ Here’s Why.
We’re about to start building your first $1,000 virtual event. But hosting a virtual event is NOT the true goal. Making $1000 is NOT the goal either. This is about something deeper.This is about nervous system capacity. Let me explain. Most of you don’t have a knowledge problem. You have a nervous system capacity problem. You start something . You plan. You outline. You watch 50 zillion YouTube videos and download 18 $7 freebies. You ruminate on “should I” hill? Should I do this or that? Well….. what if this or that happens? Blah… blah… blahhhh And then you freeze….. . 🥶 for months. TRUTH BOMB 💣 THE ONLY THING YOU’RE DOING IS ASKING YOURSELF OVER & OVER IS THIS ONE QUESTION! WILL I FEEL SAFE DOING THIS??? If the unconscious answer is no. You WILL go into freeze mode. And you’ve been doing this cycle for years. Your nervous system cannot yet hold the identity of a creator who creates money out of their ideas. Because it’s not “making money” in the way that your nervous system understands how you currently make money …..it’s not the same as a job which is selling someone else’s idea. (No shame here) So we’re going to build something tangible. A real event. With a real offer. With real money exchanged. The $1,000 is not the point. Developing a 👉🏽 TRANSFERABLE SKILL 👈🏽 that feels safe to your nervous system is the point. Because If you can sell from a virtual stage and hold $1,000… Then creating $5,000 is not a strategy difference. It’s a nervous system difference. And If you can sell a virtual event…Then selling tickets to an in-person event where people: – get in their cars – book flights – hire babysitters – rearrange their lives to show up for you … is not a different business model. It only appears like it is but the truth It’s simply a different level of identity. This is why we’re starting at a virtual event where you create $1000 out of your head! Because It’s all the same damn skill. So this next phase of Identity Lab is going to look different.

Free Workshop Update
I took a look at the votes, and we’re going with: 👉 How to Create a Unique Offer That Signals Value This will be a live, informal workshop happening before the end of February. (No slides, no heavy PowerPoint — just real-time teaching and conversation.) A few things to know: - ⏰ It’ll be about 1 hour - 🧠 This is for people who want their offer to make sense to their nervous system — yours and your audience’s - 🧩 We’ll focus on clarity, positioning, and why some offers “click” while others don’t - 📅 I’ll share the exact date soon once it’s locked in P.S. When No One Is Clapping?? Do It Anyway
How do you know when you’re making an identity choice?? When you show up in your identity even when there is no reward. i started this YT channel 3 years ago because i wanted to talk about the spiritual journey of entrepreneurship, voice, identity, and being paid to speak vs what I usually talk about. But I abandoned it because it wasn’t giving me dopamine hits. I had Low views & Low engagement. I decided to revive it because I’m making an identity choice. I spent 3 days on this video. 😓😓😓 Idea. Structure. Editing. Learning new software. I did all of that KNOWING it will likely get very low views—possibly zero—in the first 24 hours. I posted it anyway. I am who I say I am now. Views or not. So This is what identity alignment looks like: • Choosing the timeline, not the outcome • Acting without needing a reward • Creating even when no one is watching (*very important) • Letting the identity come first That’s the work.
