Do my church did a 21 Day fast and we had an option to choose which fast we wanted to do. I choose the Daniel Fast. My and my husband. Well he fell off after the 2nd week. I have 2 more days to go. For me this year I was went through the motions. My heart was not devoted. I felt it. Last year was better. That shows me that my focus is off. Fasting is not about losing weight to look better in your clothes, it's a sacrificial way of life that shows that you are honoring God. I am going to do a "re-do" in February.

Hello everyone. How is your new Healthy Lifestyle working for you? For me, it's an uphill climb, but I am determined to make it my reality.

So I completed the Daniel Fast 2025! This was the most successful fast Ive ever done! Then came February...I realize that this must be a lifestyle and just a "thing".
