Monday's Lesson: Examine and Dissect Every Belief
Take 10-15 minutes and a journal for this and block distractions Everything in your life right now is built on a belief you once accepted as true. Not because you chose it. But because at some point in your upbringing, environment, culture, schooling, or social circle…it was given to you. And your subconscious never questioned it. This is where most people stay stuck:t hey try to change their actions without changing the beliefs driving them. But action is the effect. Belief is the cause. So real transformation begins when you start examining your beliefs one by one. Start With These Questions Take time with these.....very often, one honest answer can shift your entire identity. 1. What do I believe about money? Is it scarce? Hard to get? Requires sacrifice? Or does it flow where I direct my energy? 2. What do I believe about success? Do I think I must struggle for it? Prove myself? Be chosen? Or can I simply decide? 3. What do I believe about love and relationships? Do I believe love is safe? Or do I believe it means loss, effort, conditions, or performance? 4. What do I believe about who I am allowed to become? Do I see myself as the main character? Or am I still living as the version others expect? A Belief Is Not Truth A belief is just: - A thought repeated enough times - That it solidified into your inner law Once you see a belief clearly, it stops being automatic. And it becomes a choice. And when a belief becomes a choice you can replace it. Journal Prompt for Today Write these out: - What belief is protecting the old me but holding back the new me? - Who did I learn it from? - Is it actually true? - What would I believe instead if I were fully free? Integration This work is not about adding anything new. It is about removing what no longer matches who you are becoming. Once you change the belief, the identity shifts.Once the identity shifts, the behavior shifts. Once the behaviour shifts, the reality follows. This is how you recode your life from the inside out.

Redoing My Perfect Day
Six years ago, I used the Perfect Day Method (yes, the exact one you learned in this course). I sat down and scripted my ideal day from start to finish: where I woke up, who was around me, how I moved through the hours, the freedom, the wealth, the feelings. At the time, it felt like imagination. A dream. But here’s what happened… Every single thing I wrote down has now become my reality. I literally live inside the vision I once only held in my mind. That’s why I had to redo the exercise today. Because the “perfect day” I once imagined is now my normal life. The blueprint worked — so it’s time to create a new one. This is why the Perfect Day Method is so powerful. When you hand your subconscious a clear, detailed script, it starts bending your reality toward it. Bit by bit, opportunity by opportunity, until one day you wake up and realize… you’re living it. So don’t just watch these lessons. Do the work. Write your perfect day. See it. Feel it.
