Getting out of a slump
How do you guys get out of a slump? Whether that is with fitness, work or with any other part of your life.

The only way out is through. I think the trap that catches people more than the actual slump itself, is the self-defeating mindset that accompanies it. When you convince yourself that you have fallen off some tightrope, or dropped below some level that you need to reach, you start to drift into perfectionism. The idea that you need to be at a certain level, or that there is some potential version of you that is 'better' just doesn't make sense and it wont help you. My only advice is to get back up, forgive yourself for the ways in which you failed or the things you found hard, and aim up.
Podcast Episode 6
Hey guys, released a new podcast episode. As always I genuinely love and appreciate comments and feedback so much, and I am really happy with how this one came out, I think its my best yet. 90% of podcasts don't get past episode 3. of that 90%, another 90% will quit after 20 episodes. that means getting to episode 21 will put me in the top 1%, and we are still on track. If you ever want more proof showing that consistency beats ability, here it is. Hope you guys enjoy and get something from it. https://open.spotify.com/episode/4CLUYY1Y51fC6iTXTOw4ig and https://youtu.be/P_uV5hrnYu4
Lost/stuck
So many of you guys when we talk privately tell me the same story about feeling like you are capable of way more than you are, like you could go really far but you dont have that singular goal to work towards that feels fulfilling. I think a lot of people share that lack of purpose right now and Im wondering if anyone wants to share what they think is worth focusing on for people who dont have that obvious passion to pour their effort into. For me its the big three 1. Family and community 2. One intimate relationship 3. Meaningful work Those three things are essentially the only things that all satisfying lives tend to have, but they can also be traps if you dont balance them properly or you try to hard to get them instead of building yourself to the point that they come to you naturally.
Podcast Episode 5
Hey guys, new episode is out, talking about self improvement in general. I tried to cover a lot and a lot of high-level advice for the common problems I hear from you guys a lot, which is that you know things could be better but you dont know where to start. Hope someone gets something out of it: https://open.spotify.com/episode/3la6tg0iQA6mgLENIjfTK7?si=4d2be643f8ae42a8 and https://youtu.be/xD7AmZ9mUsA?si=yZ36YP670sSh-LA3

@Ewa Dabrowska would love some genuine critical feedback if you have any. So hard to get other opinions on it. I know I have to work on stringing ideas together and being more coherent instead or tangents/rambling. Would love to know what you think, I still have a long way to go

@Ewa Dabrowska would be amazing thank you so much. Mostly trying to work on delivery/structure more than actual ideas/content
Work and meaning
I started making content because I was having a bit of a crisis with my job, I dont like doing it but it pays well. I want to replace it with something I care about which is why I started making content. How do you guys think about the balance between work and life, because the older I get the more I think your work is life, and enjoying what you do is more important than money
