First run that I’ve been on since lockdown and decided to start off with a bang! Suppose this could almost be classed as a couch to 5K minus the to part😂 Side note, my legs are in pieces off trying to run more on my toes to avoid shin splints!
@Eliel Vega thanks Eliel, I’ve got a half marathon to do at the end of summer so this was the first run in preparation for that, I’ll be bumping up the distance after this one, cardio was fine just my calf’s that didn’t enjoy it😂
