Simple Full Guide to Not Burning Out on Your Biz
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Let me tell you a story, a couple years ago when I was 16, I had a business were I would sell stuff on eBay, and surprisingly after a couple of weeks of listing things I sold all the stuff for like $2000, which is a lot for a 16 year old in school. Although this was a goal of mine for so long, I did not feel happy even despite success. Why was this? 1. It was not fully online, I always wanted to have an online business, and while this was progress, I did not like this, as I wanted to be location and time independent. 2. It was not going to be consistent, I legit just sold tons of stuff around my house that was never used, but the thing was I sold all of it and there was nothing more, so… 3. I chased money not purpose, I got burnt out as I never would have done it other than the fact it made some money, this was due to my unhealed trauma motivating me to seek out these things like money just to hopefully get validation from those who give me trauma. 4. I did not believe in time off, at this time I was very much caught up in: “David Goggin’s, Andrew Tate” mode, and as a result of that I felt burnout. Those are the big 4 reasons, and yeah now that you know my story, let’s explain how we can actually help you avoid burnout with your business, and so you do not achieve success, yet still do not feel happy, as that is horrible. 1. Chase purpose, not money, being needy for money will not only get you none! It was also make you fickle, switch your mind too much, as you will just trend hop, get shiny object syndrome, go for the money, the money, chase customer results, purpose and money will come as a result of that. 2. Take breaks, some David Goggin’s motivation/discipline can be great, but do not get too caught up in living your life always in discipline, it is not sustainable, taking breaks is fine, and it is productive, as you take the rest, so you can come back and work harder, its kind of like sleep, but yeah seriously if you worked hard for a period, then you want to take time off and do whatever is fun for you, you can do that guilt free. 3. Heal trauma, this is similar to my point of chasing purpose and not money, you see whenever you have unhealed trauma, this is when you will be needy for validation, all those things, and one way many, many people chase external validation, is they are fuelled fully by their unhealed trauma, that is there motive for making money, and as a result they will chase money not purpose, this is not good, heal your trauma! 4. Prioritise mental health, healing trauma is one way you do this, but I also want to say even in your hard business grind modes, always keep your mental health sane, do meditation, gratitude journaling, get sunlight, exercise, and no these are not time wasting habits, they will make you think clearer, make better decisions, make you a better version of you, this will help with burnout and even your business results!

It is Okay to Not Be Okay Sometimes
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) The past couple days I have felt down, tired, burnout and just not bothered to put in the work I need to do. Yet I done it anyway, but I won’t lie it was not easy, waking up these past couple days has even been difficult, I remember just this morning actually I got up and I see the time was 6:30AM which is when I wake up and I just was not bothered. And instead wished I could sleep in, just have fun for the day, cause when I woke up and I see the time is to get out of bed I just think of the rest of my day, how much work I will have to do, how disciplined it will be, and that's when it is a real struggle. And I just wanted to make this short post, to explain that it is okay. And I only learned this too late in life kind of, when I read the book Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k by Mark Manston, in the beginning of that book there is a chapter on just accepting and understanding it is okay for life to feel down sometimes. That was a huge belief shifting moment for me when I first heard it is okay to not be okay, and even now when I reread that, it makes me feel much better about everything. So yeah just thought I would share this with you today, as it may help you on your mental health journey, or whatever journey. Thanks for reading, hope it helps.

Your Not as Unique as You Think You Are
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) I used to believe I was special, I remember the days I would be in school, and the teachers would tell us we are all special and unique, and I believed that, also as I walked down the corridors or whatever, posters would be up telling us we are all special. While it is a nice and “cute” thing to believe. It is not true, and I do honestly wish I had of learned this sooner. Why? Because before I found out the truth, I had a real bad victim mentality, I would not take accountability for anything, no responsibility. I thought I should be treated better than others, since I am so “unique.” This held me back big time. And honestly, the only reason I know of this is because when I started coaching other people, I hopped on calls, people would tell me their problems, and by this point I have done well over 100 of these calls. And I seen the patterns over and over again, the same problems, again and again. And it even makes sense for healing too, so many people think their poor childhood experiences for example, are very unique and special. Honestly they are not. But that being said, that does not make it easier to deal with it, but I say it to make you feel bad but to motivate you, cause of other people have achieved what you have done, why not you? Thank you for reading, and I hope this was valuable.

Your Not as Unique as You Think You Are
Healing Makes You Feel Better Overall Not Just Mentally
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Do you ever feel in fight or flight mode even when you are safe? Do you feel twitchy, irritable, stressed out? If so, you most definitely have a dysregulated nervous system, you see trauma does not just affect your mental health / wellbeing it also affects your physical health too. It has been said that each singular trauma / unprocessed emotion gives your body the same symptoms of sickness. This is why I make this post to spread awareness, it is not talked about enough the physical benefits of healing trauma, such as: 1. You get less sick 2. You feel less stressed = higher testosterone and etc There are of course a lot more physical benefits, but genuinely those are the two significant ones. Hope this post was valuable, thanks for reading.

If I Healed, Why not You?
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Let me tell you a story, when I was younger I used to be riddled with limiting beliefs… “Oh I can never heal, I can never start posting content.” Just nonsense like that, I struggled so much with this until one day I just snapped, I finally wised up. And I want you to have the same shift in terms of your mental health journey. If I was able to heal trauma, regulate my nervous system, become happy genuinley. Why not you? If you relate to the limiting beliefs I said in the start of this, set some time aside to take action on it and journal about your limiting beliefs, find the root cause, and fix it. Hope this was filled of value, thanks for reading!
