The old me … If I ever woke up before my alarm when I was younger I would always go back to sleep Then sometimes be woken up by an alarm 20 minutes later - leading to more tiredness in the day Rather than fighting your body clock ; I’ve come to realise that you’ve woken up for a reason early Ask yourself why have I woke up early Trust me , try journal , meditate , go for a walk and let your best thoughts come to you 🚀 It’s where the magic happens

Break your routine! Routine can provide structure, but doing the same things every day can make life feel repetitive and uninspired. Entrepreneurship changes that - every day brings something new. Today, I decided to switch things up. While there are non-negotiable tasks like admin and meetings, I’m in control of how my day flows. Simple changes, like working in a different location or shifting the timing of tasks, can transform your mindset. This morning, I hit the gym. In the afternoon, I focused on deep work. Later, I’m breaking up the day with a sauna. By stepping out of the typical work-from-home grind, I’ve found purpose in a routine that’s anything but routine.

In life it can be so easy to focus on what we don’t have As soon as we do that , we lose sight on the present moment And if you think about it ; the present moment is all we truly have As we never know when our last day is going to be So by practicing gratitude it becomes a lifestyle of good energy , happiness which leads to making more sales , growing your business as a by product So it’s really a win win Plus you’ll be a better person in the world at the same time 🚀 Have an amazing day team
