A Systems Scorecard is an essential. It's the easiest way to find out how solid your current processes are and what systems you'll need to take your business to the next milestone. The thing is when you go to systemise your business. The first thing you need is clarity on what will actually move the needle once systemised. This scorecard will help you figure out what you do/don't have, what you do/don't need, identify areas of inefficiency and tick boxes for things you've already situated. I've only ever used this scorecard with my my high-ticket clients. (they complete it once a quarter to reliably see how stuck/clear they really are).
