Going from hating running to getting to a point where a pace that once felt brutal is now comfortable in Zone 1 is massive. But I think the bigger win is that you didn’t just get fitter you actually learned the movements, improved your mechanics, and built the confidence to take on your first HYROX. That kind of progress comes from showing up consistently when nobody else is doing it for you. September 19 is going to be a pretty cool test of all that work.
