Is it possible to pull of list of land on X leads with just the basic plan?

Hey Guys 2 quick questions I just signed up for Xleads I'm doing the A2P right now for text blasting my 2 questions are should I set up my LLC before this me and my partner have never done a deal I was told I should do a deal before the LLC but want more opinions on that also if I set it up without an LLC will I be able to change it to the LLC later? Thank you in advance

Quick question is only the basic plan able to be used if you pay monthly instead of manually when I went to the website I couldn't see any other plans but basic unless I tabbed it over to annual billing
