@Edwin Versijp trust me. Her coach does this as well, and so do THOUSANDS of people on Skool. She will have a paid community and she will maintain the free group. She will keep the livestreams in the free group, however she will do additional livestreams in the paid group that go more in depth, probably will offer more 1 on 1, focused feedback and guidance for those members. I am in her coach's paid group and his free group, so I am telling you, this is what the structure is. The paid group definitely gets WAY more access. However, there is still helpful content added to the free group as well...it's just not AS much. As the saying goes..."you get what you pay for." And you're right, people in the paid community will probably NOT come back to the free one very often, because WHY WOULD THEY? And that doesn't matter...why would that be a concern at all? The free group is still serving its purpose. It is designed for those who want to be part of a supportive community on their YouTube journey, but they cannot or will not pay for it. She will likely hire an admin, maybe a VA to manage comments in the free group, and she may even hire an assistant to host group calls with the free group. Once she has a paid group, she will now have more recurring monthly income and will be able to hire support so that she doesn't have to do it all on her own anymore. Again, this is just the basics of scaling this type of business. Everyone does it. And you cannot shame her for doing this, either. As people grow and become more successful, they are in higher demand. This is simply macroeconomics-supply and demand. So, as the supply decreases (Alexa's time), and the demand for her time increases, the COST of the supply MUST go up. Do you expect her to just keep doing everything for free, even when she's blowing up on YouTube and clearly proving herself as an expert in the space? How is she supposed to grow personally and professionally if she doesn't follow a business model that allows for that expansion.
