🌐Your Pain Is the Blueprint
Do you feel stuck in your business? Delaying the outcome you actually want? There are entrepreneurs in this community who are thriving. And a reason why. They built businesses rooted in a personal pain they refused to let others experience. Their solution exists because they wished it existed that would have made their journey a hell alot easier. 💢And that pain became the reason they started and the reason they stayed. They are making other's journeys a lot easier. @Mike Hillman @Matthew O'Brien @G. S. And many others remind me of perserverance. who remind you who never gives up? tag a business bro/baddie who fit the description!

Something Special Happens When You Just Show Up
If there's one thing I've learned in my over 12 years as an entrepreneur, it's that the most important part of your business is showing up. - Even when you don't feel like it - Even when things are hard - Even when everything feels like it's going wrong I've built five companies now, and every single time, there's always ebbs and flows. There are moments when things feel really great and aligned, and there are moments when everything feels hard, and it feels like I'm trudging through a swamp. No matter how hard I push, I don't get anywhere. But I kept showing up. And that's what got me across the finish line. That's not to say that you should build your business from a place of force, where you have to repeatedly do things you hate over and over again to achieve an outcome. I work hard, but I don't believe in "hustle culture" work 18 hours a day 7 days a week. That may work for some people, but it's not sustainable and it's honestly not even necessary. Work hard, yes, but also work smart and work with the way that your brain works. If you keep noticing that something isn't working, that's a sign that you're probably out of alignment, and it's time to change something. That doesn't necessarily mean it's time to change to a different business or give up on your dreams as an entrepreneur. It might just mean changing the methods and systems you're using to try and achieve the outcome. This is a lesson that Rex and I learned recently. We found that if we push and do a ton of outreach and do these big launches, we can achieve success. Followed by burnout. Lesson learned. Now we're working with a coach to help us build systems and new ways of doing business that enhance what we're already doing and make ourselves more effective. But I digress. The point of this whole post is this: 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴. As long as you don't give up, you will achieve your goals. Or you will find yourself hitting a different milestone you hadn't even thought of, that's better than what you hoped.

Showing up daily with whatever my 100% looks like. It’s a roller coaster and you have to be able to adapt but also meet yourself where you are. My 10 activity flame badge is the 1 thing I’ll never lose. Even at my worst I KNOW I can show up for my people at least 10x in a day.
If tomatoes are fruit, is ketchup a smoothie? 🍅🤔
I'm… questioning reality. If tomatoes are fruit, is ketchup a smoothie? When you “turn around,” do you ever really go back? And if money talks… what accent does it have? Please advise. 🤔

If money talks I imagine it having a British accent. Don’t know why, that just feels right.
Where are my meditators and breathwork people at? 🧘🧘‍♀️
I've been a fan of meditation and breathwork for over a decade now. I'm not formally trained or anything like that — although we've got some cool people like @Alisha Norris in here who are! These practices of presence, gratitude, and returning to myself have been life-transforming. They help with my ADHD distractibility, they help me ground and center my nervous system when life throws me curve balls, and they increase my level of self-compassion, self-love, and intuition. Who else loves these practices? What have they done for you? Who's never tried them? Drop a comment!

Meditation daily. It’s a must do for me. Clarity, focus, energy, intention. It helps with so much. My kids all meditate too in the morning to bring them centered each day
