@Lydia Knoop no that’s a Google font. The list of safe fonts that almost every computer has is quite small. I think it defaulted to a sans serif system font which looked ok I think. And on mobile dark mode you can’t control colours that well but displayed ok.
A new feature we have built and tested is now finished. This is an email that you design and gets sent every week without you doing anything. It compliments your sneak peak email really nicely which you will have to edit every week. See my post on weekly email cadence here: https://www.skool.com/ooooby-growth/classroom/9f02700a?md=b493fb3cc1cf4e54aa6ad575c33478ae
@Louise Dollimore @Murat Keskin It has to more or less go out to everyone, rather than just "active" customers. But I think its fine for people who might have unsubscribed from deliveries to get reminders, it might pull them back in. They can always unsubscribe from the email.
You're links are all in trigger links. These can be changed in one place and then they will carry on working in all the emails meaning you don't have to go through and amend in multiple places. It also allows you to do things with the link and create email workflows based on clicks or tag people based on clicks.
@Lydia Knoop make a new trigger link. If you need to update plain text to a linked text then that is something we need to change for you. You can use normal links but there a number of benefits 1. changing in one place 2. you can see data 3. you can follow up with trigger links
The templates I've edited and saved (e.g. welcome email 1) aren't showing up in the workflow, the old version of the welcome email is still there. Do I need to 'sync edits to template' to update the email going out?
