Currently there is no automated notification email when a customers pauses their subscription. Is this a feature that can be added to ooooby?

For contacts in our 'newsletter' list, we want to change the sender email address from ooooby@goodsmallfarms.co.uk to hello@goodsmallfarms.co.uk. Is this possible?
