Aslaam o Alaikum ! hope you all doing great guys! I just want to share the progress of my accountability challenge i am still following the rule of that challenge but couldn’t shared my daily routine posts! So, my weight was 79.89 before i started and now 77.10 here’s the progress in almost 1 and half in week n and that’s not the end still lots of efforts needed … When i stated i felt difficulty but I know little efforts n little steps you take for yourselves make big changes but you have to do at least one step!! Never give up nothing is impossible stay consistent and make difference best of luck to all of you Thanks to all admins n @Tsk Diet @Tehreem Khan And all the participants who always appreciate us for growing up 🌹💕

Sleep reset challenge day 2
✅ I left my cell phone at 10pm no use of cell phone after this...only use it to take pic of my activity at 11pm(as I have to upload in community) ✅No more screen time before sleep ✅ I read a book by Dr Javed (tarbiyat ulad ka naxam)I learn a lot from this book...still reading not completed yet. ✅I feel very calm....I feel more deep sleep today rather than before

Sleep reset challenge day 1
💪track bed time....I go to bed at 10pm so screen then n I slept around 12am 💪I wake up at 8:42 as it's an off for my kids from summer camp today.so I sleep more 💪I sleep for almost 8 hours 💪I rate my sleep quality 8/10 I used my watch to track my sleep quality n I think it did pretty good job
