Wk1: Day 3
Daily Steps: 14.2k Protein: 116g —— I was suppose to go to gym but my key tag didn't work. Went for a walk instead for 30mins and in the arvo, did an Aerial yoga class.

I used to hate situations like this, I was a member of a gym which used thumb print to get in, My main job at the time was a vehicle mechanic so I had to change the finger print 3 times as my fingers were ingrained with oil- obviously I went elsewhere!

Got in 18100 steps, which included a 30 minute 2 mile jog, did 10 minutes of rowing, and tried to get as many squats as I could for the leg challenge on Path of the Dragon. I did 50. Gunna go for more today!

Only 6300 steps my phone counted but I walked around a lot with my kiddo without the phone. Gunna start using my gym membership tomorrow :D. That’s when I get my hour long jogs in :D

6450 steps. Was a super busy day with three different appointments sorta spread evenly throughout the day so I didn’t get to walk with my daughter much
